The roof system and floor system of the flat pack prefab tiny home are manufactured in the factory, then packed with corner posts and other accessories and transported to the site. After arriving at the site, a crane needs to be used to hoist the floor system and roof system for placement and installation.

The folding prefab tiny home has been installed in the factory as a whole. There are hinges installed on the wall panels, which are folded together. After transporting to the site, it can be quickly installed with a crane in 5 minutes.

The type of prefab tiny home can be flexibly selected according to the emergency situation of the project. For example, it is recommended to choose a folding prefab tiny home for a very urgent project, which greatly shortens the installation time.

Prefab Tiny Home Structure

The prefab tiny home is made of light steel structure as the main frame; it has been treated with rust removal, polishing and galvanizing, which is anti-corrosion and beautiful, and has strong wind resistance and earthquake resistance.

The wall system and roof system of the prefab tiny home are made of composite sandwich panels. Both sides of the sandwich panel are galvanized steel sheets with customizable thickness; the sandwich layer is an insulating material with sound insulation, heat insulation, fire protection, and moisture resistance, the thickness choice is 50mm/75mm /100mm. The core material of the sandwich panel is usually EPS, PU, or rock wool which is commonly used in the market. EPS board is the most economical, but it is not recommended for high fire performance requirements; PU board has A-level thermal insulation performance and is often used in buildings with high thermal insulation performance requirements, such as cold storage, etc., but the price is also slightly higher; for the rock wool board, the fire performance is the best and the price is moderate, so buildings with no special requirements for performance usually use rock wool sandwich panel.

The floor is made of MGO board and PVC floor leather. The MGO board is not only fireproof and moisture-proof, but also has good bearing capacity; PVC floor leather is easy to clean and wear-resistant.
