Our floor adopts MGO board with thickness of 18 mm, and lays PVC floor leather with thickness of 1.6mm on the MGO board, which has good thermal insulation effect. At the same time, the floor steel frame and MGO board have good load-bearing performance, which can bear 200KG per square meter. The standardized configuration can be applied to most usage scenarios, including: warehouses, dormitories, family rooms, offices, commercial buildings, etc.

If your flat pack house needs to adapt to a more special use environment, or needs to provide better specifications, we can also change the material of the floor and increase the thickness of the PVC floor leather for you. Replace 18mm thick MGO board with 15/18mm thick cement board to increase the thickness of PVC floor leather. Such specifications can achieve the highest thermal insulation and moisture-proof load-bearing performance.
