Steel frame structure: Structure for relocatable homes is made of 2.3mm thickness galvanized steel shaped parts. And there are enough square tube purlins on the roof and bottom as load-bearing support. So the relocatable home is stable enough to resist 9-11 grade hurricane and 7 grade earthquake.

Wall system: Enclosed by 50mm thickness rock wool with double 0.4mm thickness galvanized steel plate sandwich panels, with good insulation performance.

Roof system: It consists of 0.5mm thickness galvanized steel ceiling, glass wool and 0.4mm thickness roof galvanized steel plate.

Floor system: 18mm thickness MGO fireproof board.

In addition to adding water gutter around the roof, 4 downpipes are also added to the inside of the 4 corner posts, so that when it rains heavily, the rainwater can be discharged directly and quickly to the ground along the water gutters and downpipes without causing damage to the roof and wall panels. For row houses, butyl waterproof tape will be used to seal the joints to prevent rainwater from leaving the gaps and damaging the wall panels.
