Project Overview

K-HOME Group cooperated with Indonesia Construction Fifth Company to build staff quarters for the workers of the construction team. The early communication was started by the other party's engineer and our designer. Since their workers have relevant construction experience, the communication process was very smooth. The customer asked us to provide 200 workers with accommodation, office, canteen, bath, entertainment. , warehousing, as one of the temporary construction houses, the designed houses need to be good-looking and beautiful, and the structure is sturdy, so that customers can sell them to local residents for secondary use after use.

This project covers a limited area of only 300 square meters, so we designed 36 houses for the client, with a double-storey design, which can save land area. Usually, houses can be built with up to three floors. Our most commonly recommended recommendation is two floors. , Such a house is not only beautiful, but also can help customers accommodate more people. The house type of the project uses a T-shaped prefabricated house. This kind of house is sturdy and durable. It is all made of steel and has strong anti-seismic and anti-deformation capabilities. The sealing performance is good, and the strict manufacturing process makes this kind of mobile house very watertight. The prefab house is based on the standard steel chassis, and many combination spaces can be derived. Such as meeting rooms, dormitories, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. The house is an integral structure with a frame inside, and the wall is a sandwich panel. It can also be decorated with wooden boards or aluminum-plastic panels to make the house more beautiful.

There are three houses in total, each with two floors, each floor has 12 rooms, a total of 72 rooms, of which there are two buildings, 48 rooms are used for workers' accommodation, and the other building is used for office, storage, entertainment , cafeteria and bath, the exterior of the building has added a circular handrail staircase, a double-sloped roof, and a secondary roof, the excess eaves length can be shaded and sheltered from the rain, the roof is made of red color steel, and customers say they like this Chinese red color very much , looks full of enthusiasm and friendliness, specially designed some materials for the house to be built in red, this time we designed red roofs, pillars, steel structure frames, stairs, handrails, doors and door frames for customers, and also helped customers purchase Some mahogany furniture, conference tables, cabinets, chairs, etc., customers expressed that they like it very much, and they are very willing to cooperate with us for a long time. This client has cooperated with us many times. According to the local land conditions and weather conditions, our designers have designed 75cm thick foam wall panels, 25cm thick foundations and double-layer roofs for the client. This design can guarantee The service life of the house is as long as 10-15 years. The customer intends to sell it to local residents after it is used up, so the quality of the house is the first to be guaranteed.
