Project Overview
KHOME Group cooperated with the Angolan government to carry out a residential improvement plan for western residents. Due to the perennial rain erosion and geological impact of the mountains in western Angola, the houses of some residents are no longer suitable for living. For this reason, the government arranged a residential improvement plan for residents in the western mountainous areas. , a total of more than 30 workers were dispatched to build houses.
The whole project, together with the workers' dormitory and family houses, covers an area of about 3,500 square meters, which can provide 40 families with houses for 3-5 people. The location has been adjusted slightly, and some rooms have been added to be used by family house workers. The entire project was successfully completed during the epidemic.
The type of house used in this project is a T-type prefabricated house. The house is made of color steel sandwich panels as the enclosure material, which is connected by welding, bolts, plugs, rivets and self-tapping nails. Our designers have designed three different types of houses according to the actual needs of customers. The first type is a house directly used by local residents, which includes a bedroom, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom. The second type is for building houses. The staff dormitory used by the workers of 2000 contains only simple furniture, beds and cabinets.
The purpose is to facilitate the residents to enter the residence directly after the workers leave. The third type is the conference room and dining room for workers. The design is designed as a house plus furniture, without adding too many compartments, only a table and necessary supplies are placed, and then it can be used as an indoor entertainment room or a fitness room for the residents' door.
In addition, due to local land conditions and weather conditions, our designers designed 50cm thick foam wall panels, 20cm thick foundations and double-layer roofs for customers to ensure the stability of the entire house, as well as the use of drainage systems, as well as outdoor The basketball court, as well as some green plants and flowers, provide a better level of comfort for the entire living environment. If your local weather is relatively dry, we now recommend that customers use rock wool sandwich wall panels with fire resistance.
