Living Container house introduction:

As a new type of temporary residential prefabricated housing, the fast consolidation container house adopts the modular design concept and production technology. It comprises a top frame, bottom frame components, corner columns, and several interchangeable wall panels. A container house is modularized into a standard one. Parts are transported to the project site for on-site assembly.

Compared with permanent concrete houses, container houses have the characteristics of lower construction cost, quick installation, flexible layout, green environmental protection, and low requirements on the ground environment.

Advantages of container house:

1. The main frame structure is made of a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is anti-corrosion, stable in structure, good in seismic performance, and can withstand strong winds of level 8.

The wall panel is made of 50mm rock wool composite material, and a 0.38mm color steel plate is pressed and formed on both sides, which has the functions of heat preservation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.

In addition, the sandwich wallboard material can be replaced according to the actual use and local climatic conditions. The optional wallboard materials are glass wool, rock wool, and polyurethane (PU). We will make it according to your local climatic conditions and actual use scenarios. Choose the most suitable material for you.

2. The container house is installed by splicing, all structural materials are completely connected by bolts, the installation is convenient and fast, 4-5 workers can install about 240 square meters a day, and the container house does not generate construction waste during the entire installation process, which will pollute the environment. Very small, green, and environmental protection is also a major feature and advantage of the box room.

3. The top structure consists of a suspended ceiling, roof purlin, glass wool insulation layer, and roof tile four-layer structure. Meanwhile, the roof is equipped with four downspouts and four downpipes. What's more, we upgraded the height of the roof purlins to create a slope that guides rainwater down the downspouts and eventually into the water pipes.

This design can effectively solve the roof drainage problem and improve the overall waterproof ability of the box room.

4. The standard size is 3*6*2.8m, and the total area is about 18 square meters. Partition wall panels can be used in the interior, the space can be reasonably allocated according to your needs, and the layout is flexible.
