Prefab School Buildings Design

The size of one of our standard container house is 3000(W)*5950(L), one standard container house can accommodate about 10 students, if you want to accommodate more students, you can combine more containers together to form a larger space. The design of the school is very flexible, like stacking blocks, which can be freely matched.

For the color of the wall panel, we can also customize it for you, our standard color is white-gray wall panel, if you want other colors, it's no problem.

If you only know the number of students and don't have a drawing, it doesn't matter, tell us your land area and classroom size and shape, and our professional design team will customize the design for you for free.

What are Prefab School Buildings Made of?

Our container house is different from the shipping container, it is mainly connected by bolts and screws, and made of steel structure and sandwich wall panels.

When delivered, it is in bulk package, you need to assemble it on site.

Normally 1*40HQ shipping container can load 12 units, which can fully save shipping space and cost for you, especially under this special pandemic situation.

For one container unit, the size is 3*6 meters, and the height is 2.8 meters, of course, it can be customized according to your project requirements. The weight of one container house is about 1800KG, it is heavy and strong.

The Steel Frame:

1. For the corner joints, we update the design, for other products, you will see the bolts from the outside, but we designed the bolts inside, it can protect the bolts from corrosion, and also make the houses look more beautiful.

2. For the columns and beams:

It is Galvanized steel by high-temperature powder coating spray again, which could make the structure long time anti-rust. See, the color is glossy and can last for a long time.

When two containers are connected together, we will equip this, for better fixation and keeps water out.

The Floor System:

We designed 16 floor purlins, to better strengthen the floorboard and bear people's weight.

Your people are stronger and heavier than us, or there is some heavy furniture inside, like bunk bed, people may jump off the bed. If the floor system is not strong enough, it may be broken. So we increased the number of floor purlins to ensure your normal use.

Above the purlins, we use 18mm thickness fireproof MGO board, if the project location is moisture and has a lot of rain, we recommend you to use the fiber cement floor board, it is waterproof.

Above the floorboard, you can use PVC floor leather or wood floorboard.

The Roof System:

We made a curved design and it has a complete drainage system. There is a big water gutter on each side, so even if there is big rain, it can store for a long time, then the water will flow into the downpipes, then flow outside, there is a downpipe in each column.

The roof is curved, when the rain falls on the roof, it can flow naturally to the water gutters.

This is our unique design, only we have!!

Between the connection joint of the two containers, we will use Waterproof Tape to cover the joint, so the water can’t enter inside.

The wall:

It is sandwich panel. Normally we will provide Rockwool sandwich panel, because it has Class A fireproof level. Of course, there are some other materials options, like PU sealing Rockwool, Pu sandwich panel, using which material depends on your project environment and your budget.

Door and Windows:

Steel door, the interior of the door is filled with composite wood to make the door heavy and strong; It is fireproof;

PVC steel sliding double glass window, with mosquito screens and anti-thief bar, you see, the window rail is very smooth. For the window, there are other types, like aluminum windows, big size windows, we can design and provide you these windows.

For Some Installation Accessories:

Like Structure Adhesive, bolts and screws, we all will provide you them enough quantity, to ensure your site installation.
