The project was constructed by K-HOME in partnership with the Mineral Mining Industry Development Corporation. Customers have recognized our product quality and after-sales service, and our engineers have provided professional and complete installation drawings upon delivery to help workers complete the installation in the shortest possible time, saving a lot of time for subsequent on-site construction.
There are a total of 6 buildings in the project, three houses are linked by 8 container houses in the direction of 6 meters, and three houses are linked by 5 container houses in the direction of 3 meters, which can accommodate about 200 workers. The project will take 10 years to use. The client will carry out geological exploration and acquisition work in the vicinity. In addition to worker accommodation, restaurants, baths, toilets, kitchens, and recreational facilities will need to be added for workers to ensure they can exercise while they work.
The project uses a modular container house. The completed house is composed of a structural system, a ground system, a floor system, a wall system, and a roof system. Each system is composed of several unit modules. The unit modules are manufactured in the factory. Completed by unit module assembly.
The integrated house can be disassembled and moved without destroying the land. It has realized the transformation from the "real estate" attribute of the house to the "movable property" attribute for thousands of years, and realized the complete separation of "real estate" and "real estate" for thousands of years.
Modular container houses were born in the late 1950s. Its main concept is to prefabricate walls, roofs, etc. in the factory, and process load-bearing structures represented by steel structures according to design requirements, which can be quickly assembled into a complete set of houses.
The integrated house is characterized by a specialized design, standardized, modularized, generalized production, easy to dismantle, easy to install, convenient to transport, warehousing, and a temporary or permanent house that can be reused and turned over many times.
The entire project, together with staff dormitories and other functional houses, covers an area of about 1,500 square meters and was successfully completed during the epidemic.

The whole project took about 2 weeks to build the main body of the house, and about two weeks to install the indoor toilets, showers, kitchens, laundry rooms and other facilities, including 3 buildings, a total of 24 single-story staff dormitories, 3 functional houses, inside There are offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, bathrooms, public toilets, and public bathrooms.

According to the actual needs of the customer, our designers initially drew the CAD design drawings, and then after discussions with the customer and their engineers, we finally decided to use the container house to design the entire project.
Because the advantages of the container house are very obvious, the house adopts a modular design, with the box as the basic unit, which can be used alone, and can be combined horizontally or vertically to form a spacious use space. Up to three layers can be stacked vertically. The unit structure of the box is made of standard components welded by section steel and cold-formed thin-wall section steel. The box is connected by bolts, and the structure is simple, safe, convenient and fast. The product has beautiful appearance and flexible space layout to meet the individual needs of customers.
The houses of this project use new materials integrated with structural thermal insulation to form a self-supporting structural system, and use special connectors to connect with the main structure. Strong earthquake and wind resistance.
