Project Overview

In May 2021, we received an inquiry from Srilanka. The customer's demand was very clear, and he wanted to use steel structure factory to build a production workshop for his crops. The customer only had simple size and floor plan. 

After we asked a few major questions about the design of the steel structure, our engineer started to calculate the amount of steel to be used according to the customer's requirements.  Then we made a preliminary offer to the customer. 

At the first quotation, the price was a little beyond the customer's budget, so we discussed to adjust the configuration of some parts. The customer also combined with the local price of some parts. Finally, for some parts, we suggested the customer to buy them locally, which could help save more shipping space. 

 

After three times of adjustments, our price reached the customer's budget. Meanwhile, we also consulted the agent forwarder we often cooperate with and tried our best to find a shipping company with lower sea freight.

In the end, the customer was very satisfied with the product and our service.  We also promise that after the customer receives the goods, our engineer will make a detailed installation drawing for him to help him with the on-site installation.

 

Outernal Display

The size of this steel structure factory is 70*24 meters, double-span structure, the roof panel is steel plate, and the wall is sandwich panel. 

As for the exhaust system, we suggest customer to buy it locally to save sea freight.   We can guide the customer on the installation. 

In order to make the warehouse look more design and aesthetic, we used the wall panels of gray and white.  For the roof, light gray steel plate was used, making the whole building look more elegant. 

This can play a role as a benchmark in the local customers to attract more customers to consult our company. At the same time, if the customers are willing, they can also bear their installation and strive for some costs.

 

 

We are located in a province with a large population. The factory is located in an industrial area in the suburbs. Land lease and labor are much cheaper than in big cities. So we can guarantee that our processing costs are relatively low.
