Project Overview
Brazil is rich in water resources. The government has built the Meishan hydropower station in the northern Amazon rainforest area, and also needs to build transmission lines to the densely populated areas in the southeast where electricity is insufficient. This project is to solve the problem of power supply in the state of Rio de Janeiro and its surrounding areas. The project starts from the state of Pará in northern Brazil, runs through five states in the south, and finally reaches the state of Rio de Janeiro, with a total length of 2,518 kilometers.
The construction site is in the mountains near the city of Arcos, Minas Gerais, in southeastern Brazil. There are 560 workers at the power project site. K-Home cooperates with Brazilian construction contracting company to help them provide accommodation for 560 employees, including these functional areas: staff dormitory, office, canteen, shower room, public toilet, etc. There are 240 sets of container units in total.

K-Home team immediately responded to the needs of the client, and our chief designer Kevin provided professional design and advice, considering that it is located in a remote mountain village area, where it happens to be in the rainy season and the rainfall is heavy. The terrain is not flat, and it only needed to be used for about 5 years for this project and will be moved to other construction sites later. We recommend the container house for them, which is very suitable for the needs of this project. On the one hand, we have upgraded the roof system of the container. The improvement is the drainage facilities and multi-layer waterproof treatment to ensure that even in the case of heavy rain, the rainwater can flow quickly down the drainage pipe. Moreover, the container house does not need a complicated foundation; just a few stone piers are enough. As we know, the container house is easy to build; the short installation period will not delay the construction period of the project. When this project is over, these container houses can be moved to other construction sites as a whole by trucks for continued use.
In terms of drawing design, due to a large number of employees, a total of 560 people, including 480 workers, 10 project managers, and 2 project leaders, we accommodate each container house for 4 staff or 2 project managers. The 2 project leaders are in two container units and are equipped with independent toilets and showers. A canopy is also added in front of each container unit, and staff can sit in front of the house and drink beer and chat after a hard day's work.
Internal Display
According to the client's request, various functions are added inside. There are the dining hall, offices, public toilets, and showers. In addition to container houses, we also provide the client with furniture such as bunk beds, dining room tables, and chairs; Appliances: air conditioners, lights; Sanitary ware: urinal, sink, toilet, shower, etc.

K-Home helps Brazilian construction contracting company to provide comfortable living conditions for staff to improve employee happiness and work efficiency. The clients are very satisfied with our products and service and said that if they need temporary housing in other projects, they will also order from us.
