Pre-buried pipes in toilets?

The term "buried pipeline" will appear in the description of hydropower drawings. It means that the water and electricity lines and pipes are pre-buried while building the movable panel house. The pre-embedding of water and electricity lines and pipelines should start with the prefab house project. The overall line pipeline is buried in the house structure and cannot be seen from the outside.

1. If the drainage pipes are pre-buried, the drainage pipes should be concentrated outside the house.

2. The drainage outlet also needs to be reserved indoors, and the drainage outlet should be slightly lower than the ground.

3. The slope of the drain pipe should be kept between 10-20%.

4. The indoor pipeline is to be introduced into the centralized drainage pipeline well.

5. Laying of toilet pipes in movable board rooms:

1) The toilet should be 32cm away from the center of the wall, and the opening should be 150cm away.

2) The water from the water outlet should be 25cm away from the center of the wall, and the opening should be 60cm away.

3) The floor drain is preset to be 25cm away from the center of the wall and 60cm away from the opening.

4) If the water pipe goes through the wall, it should be about 30-40cm above the ground.

Pre-embedded circuit of prefab house:

The prefabricated house is generally a steel structure frame, and the method of pre-buying the pipeline is different from that of high-rise buildings, details as follows:

1. The prefab house must take lightning protection measures.

2. Switches, sockets, pipes, and junction boxes of distribution boxes must be pre-buried when building walls. 

Note that the pre-embedded height of the junction box should be 2mm higher than the wall, and the junction box and pipes should be pre-embedded in the ring beam.

3. Self-built houses generally use prefabricated panels, so the pipes of the lamps should be wrapped around the head of the prefabricated panel in the ring beam and embedded in the panel seam.

4. If the partition wall needs to be slotted and buried. 

What should be paid attention to in the pre-buried line pipeline of the prefab house?

1. Pre-buried pipelines should avoid three-dimensional crossings. 

If three-dimensional crossings cannot be avoided, they must exceed 2 layers of pipelines.

2. Pre-embedded pipelines on the floor must be arranged in the middle of the upper and lower layers of steel mesh.

3. The distribution points of the embedded pipelines should be set in a radial distribution, and try to avoid close parallel arrangement, so as not to affect the subsequent construction.

4. After pre-embedding, use tape to seal the pipeline opening to prevent mortar or other debris from falling into it and causing a blockage.

5. The embedded pipeline must be two points and one line, but not horizontal and vertical.

6. When pre-embedding water and electricity in the prefabricated house, you can only do the pre-embedding of lamps and air-conditioning pipes, leaving a line hole, drainage hole, and water supply hole in the floor.
